San Francisco Shock has re-signed Super for the 2022 season

And it has let ChoiHyoBin go.

      HQ

The San Francisco Shock has been making some serious changes to its Overwatch League team over the past few weeks, most recently releasing seven members. But, now the Shock is making more news by announcing that it has both re-signed Matthew "super" DeLisi, and parted ways with Hyo-bin "ChoiHyoBin" Choi, who has announced his retirement from the competitive scene.

Super has been with the Shock his entire OWL career and ever since the Shock first announced its original roster, where he has one several majors and even two Overwatch League Championships, even going as far as being an MVP runner-up.

ChoiHyoBin on the other hand joined the team a little later, during the inaugural season. He has played with the Shock in all of its four seasons however, becoming as decorated as Super over that time.

There's no mention as to any other signings for the Shock yet, although since the team's roster currently boasts Super and Minki "Viol2t" Park, we can expect more announcements as the 2022 season approaches.
